  • We evaluate, during field visit and meetings with the Client, the exposure of its facilities to the risks inherent in the operation, management risks, natural risks, implementation risks and socio-political risks.
  • We develop and analyze risk matrices based on our own methodology and through the use of computer tools to properly model and simulate loss scenarios to provide reliable and expected results.
  • We estimate Maximum Possible Loss (PML), Maximum Loss Expectancy (MLE), Normal Loss Expectancy (NLE) and Machinery Breakdown (MB) losses by setting reasonable insurance policy coverage limits in order to minimize both undervaluation and overvaluation of the risk to be hedged.
  • We collaborate with our Clients in the evaluation and determination of risk factors that may impact on the Business Continuity Plan by proposing appropriate measures or recommendations for improvement.
